    Shipping Method

    International Couriers

    We ship worldwide with FedEx, DHL, and other fully insured carriers — every parcel is tracked, signed for, and protected door to door.

    Atelier Hours

    Open 24/7 Online

    Our boutique never closes, but parcels are hand-delivered to the carrier Monday – Saturday, 10:00 – 18:00 (CET).

    Dispatch & Tracking

    Ready-made pieces are dispatched the next business day. You will receive an email with a live tracking link as soon as your order leaves our atelier — please allow a few hours for the first scan to appear in the carrier's system.

    For bespoke, engraved, resized, or otherwise customized pieces (final sale)

    Eligibility Requirements

    Item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered

    Must be returned in original packaging with all documentation

    Security tags (if present) must remain intact

    How to Start a Return

    Email us at lienajewels@gmail.com with your order number, and reason for return

    We'll reply within 1-2 business days with your RA number and shipping instructions

    Package the item securely in its original packaging

    Clearly write the RA number on the outer carton

    Ship via insured courier with tracking

    Shipping Responsibility

    Return shipping and insurance are the customer's responsibility unless the piece arrived damaged or incorrect.

    We recommend using a fully insured, trackable shipping method. LIÉNA JEWELS is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

    Refund Processing

    • Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
